锌杂质在柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠体系回收废铅膏中的迁移

摘要:本实验采用柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠体系浸出回收铅膏,考察杂质锌在浸出过程中的迁移。模拟铅膏中掺入了氧化锌,锌的质量分数为1 %、0.5 %、0.1 %、0.05 %和0.01 %。随锌含量的减少,残留在柠檬酸铅、铅粉中的锌量越少。掺锌量为0.01 %时,铅粉中锌的质量分数降到0.00043 %。实际铅膏也进行了浸出、焙烧实验,铅粉中锌的质量分数减少到了0.00013 %,远远小于GB/T 469-2005中对锌的要求。

Migration of zinc impurities in citric acid / sodium citrate system used to leach the recycled waste lead paste

Abstract: The paper studied the migration of zinc impurities in the process of citric acid/sodium citrate leaching the recycled lead paste. The zinc content was 1 %, 0.5 %, 0.1 %, 0.05 % and 0.01 % respectively in the simulated lead paste doping zinc oxide. With the decrease of doped zinc content, the residual zinc content in lead citrate and lead powder was reduced. When the doped zinc content was 0.01 %, the zinc content in the leady oxide was reduced to 0.00043 %. After leaching and roasting the actual lead paste, the content of zinc in leady oxide was reduced to 0.00013 % which was enough to meet the standard of GB/T 469-2005.

铅酸蓄电池涂板淋酸工艺研究

摘要:在铅酸蓄电池生极板制造—涂板过程中淋少量的硫酸是必要的。本文对淋酸的作用及负面影响进行了阐述,观察对比了淋酸与不淋酸的极板表面状态,并对两种极板进行了储存试验,从各个方面显示取消淋酸对产品性能没有不良影响,同时还可清洁生产,保护环境。

Research on acid showering technology during plate pasting for lead-acid battery

Abstract: It is necessary to shower plates with a small amount of sulfuric acid during pasting in the manufacturing process of lead-acid battery plates. This paper describes the positive and negative effects of acid showering,compares the surface status of showered plates with un-showered plates,and carries out storage test with the two kinds of plates. The results shows there is no negative effects to the product performances without acid showering, and also it could be beneficial to cleaner production and environmental protection.

铅酸蓄电池模型研究及SOC模糊估计

摘要:为了深入研究铅酸蓄电池在充放电过程中内阻等特征参数的变化,首先,基于铅酸蓄电池的工作机理建立蓄电池充放电模型,并进行不同倍率的充放电实验;其次,基于实验数据建立各模型参数与SOC之间的函数关系,同时对BP神经网络模型进行训练以实现SOC的精确估计。最后,结合铅酸蓄电池充放电模型和BP神经网络模型仿真铅酸蓄电池充放电过程,仿真结果和实际结果吻合,有助于对铅酸蓄电池内阻等特征参数的研究。

Study on the model of lead-acid battery and fuzzy estimation of state-of-charge

Abstract: To further study the battery characteristic parameters such as the internal resistance during the charging and discharging process, the paper firstly built the lead-acid battery model based on the work mechanism and carried on the charging and discharging experiments at different current rates. And then, based on the experiments data, the functions between the model parameters and the SOC were established and the BP neural network model was trained to estimate the SOC. Finally, the battery model was combined with the neural network model to simulate the lead-acid battery charging and discharging process. The simulation showed that the simulations could better describe the battery work mechanism and help to study the characteristic parameters.

提高铅蓄电池性能的充电方法

摘要:蓄电池的充放电制度对其性能的发挥有着重要的作用。本文通过试验新型快速充电制度和常规充电方法进行比较,研究了其对蓄电池失水、充电接受性能和循环寿命等的影响。发现多级变电流限压充电制度有利于电池容量的保持,可提高电池的再充电接受能力。

Charging method improving the performance of lead-acid battery

Abstract:Charge-discharge system plays critical role on the property of lead-acid battery. A new fast charging system was tested, and compared with conventional charging method on the term of water loss, charging accept ability and cycling life of lead-acid battery in this paper. The results indicated that multistep variable current voltage-limiting charging system had beneficial effect on the capacity and recharge ability of lead-acid battery.

铅钙锡银合金电极行为的研究

摘要:本文通过阳极腐蚀、阴极极化和交流阻抗的实验研究了银对铅钙合金腐蚀行为的影响。实验结果表明,银可以显著提高铅钙锡铝四元合金的耐腐蚀性能、析氢过电位和腐蚀层的导电性能。

Study on the electrode behavior of lead-calcium-tin-silver alloy

Abstract: This paper studied the influences of silver on the corrosion behavior of lead-calcium alloy by the experiment of anode corrosion, cathode polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that silver can significantly improve the corrosion resistance,hydrogen evolution overpotential of lead-calcium-tin-aluminum alloy and the conductivity of corrosion layer.

排管对牵引用铅酸蓄电池性能的影响分析及探讨

摘要:本文对可能引起排管腐蚀短路的原因做了列举分析,重点分析了涤纶排管渗透短路的原因,并依据标准技术要求以及试验方法对管式用蓄电池排管作了性能测试。试验结果发现,当排管抗拉裂强度为200 N/cm左右时,排管耐酸系数差,不耐腐蚀,排管易线型开裂,极易造成电池早期容量衰减,从而缩短牵引用蓄电池的使用寿命。

Analysis and investigation on the effects of gauntlets漀渀 the performance of traction lead-acid batteries

Abstract: In this paper a possible cause of the short-circuit resulted from corrosion is analyzed in general, and the short-circuit caused by osmosis in the terylene gauntlets in particular. The performance of the batteries with tubular plates has been investigated on a basis of the standard technical requirements and relevant test methods. From the test results眀攀 found that the gauntlets cannot resist琀栀攀 corrosion and are apt to crack linearly as the tensile strength approaches 200 N/km, as a result, causing瀀爀攀洀愀琀甀爀攀 capacity loss and shortage of the service life of traction batteries.

铅蓄电池行业准入审核需要注意的几个问题

Several problems needing attention for lead-acid battery industry applying for the access audit

Abstract:According to the "Lead-acid battery industry access requirements" , "Technical guidelines for implementation of 琀栀攀 lead-acid battery industry 愀挀挀攀猀猀 requirements" and the main problems existing in the first batch of the countryside lead-acid battery攀渀琀攀爀瀀爀椀猀攀猀愀瀀瀀氀椀攀搀 for the access audit, the authors proposed some key points which should be noticed for those who want to apply for the audit, and presented some practical cases to help them understand the relevant provisions in the access and make their correct judgements.

4BS结构的生极板化成后的产物分析

摘要:采用高温固化和添加4BS晶种的方法,可以使正生极板中形成较多含量4BS的结构,合适的4BS结构对蓄电池的寿命有较好的影响。正生极板要通过化成才能生成有储存电能功能的极板,通过对和膏加入添加剂和采用不同温度固化得到的极板,进行化成前后的结构分析和成分分析,结果认为生成较多含量4BS结构的极板,在化成后形成了小颗粒簇成大颗粒的结构,可能是蓄电池增加寿命的因素。生极板中的4BS含量与化成后α-PbO2没有关系。4BS在化成后的转化没有遗传性,但有继承性。

Analysis of the Tetra-Basic plate after formation

Abstract: By means of curing at high temperature and seeding of4BS(Tetra-Basic Lead Sulfate) a crystal structure containing more content of 4BS can be achieved in the green positive plate. The appropriate4BS-structured plate is beneficial to extending琀栀攀 cycle life of battery, and the green plate can become a plate with the function of energy storage only through formation process. The results from the analysis of both green and formed plates show that the 4BS structure can be converted into an agglomerative structure consisted of many small particles after formation, and this fact may be regarded as a reason昀漀爀 攀砀琀攀渀搀椀渀最 the cycle life of battery. Moreover, The content of 4BS in the green plate is inrelevant with that of PbO2 obtained after formation.

电池化成充电技术的研究与探讨

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics and the reaction characteristics of the active material in the formatting process, the current density during the container formation was increased and the charging time was shortened in the experiment, in order to realize the quick formation. And through an example, the effects of the increase of current density on the formation process and performance of lead-acid battery were verified.

碳纤维正极添加剂对阀控铅酸蓄电池性能的影响

摘要:本文采用两种比表面积不同的碳纤维,取代原有正极铅膏配方中的炭材料作为正极添加剂。采用手工涂膏方式,制备12 V/12 Ah阀控式铅酸蓄电池。并研究了正极板化成情况和蓄电池电化学性能。结果表明,比表面积更大的碳纤维更有利于提高蓄电池正极性能。随着碳纤维含量的提高,电池放电时间反而缩短。碳纤维在正极铅膏中最佳添加量为0.5 ‰。适量碳纤维的添加,对电池化成是有利的。循环伏安测试表明,添加碳纤维会影响正极电化学电位和析氧量。

Effect of carbon fiber as positive additive on the performance of VRLA battery

Abstract: Two kinds of carbon fiber were used to replace the carbon material of positive paste as positive electrode additive, and 12 V/12 Ah VRLA batteries are prepared by manually pasting. The electrochemical performance and the formation of positive plate were studied. The results showed that carbon fiber with bigger specific surface area was beneficial to improve the performance of lead-acid battery. The discharge time was decreased with increasing of the added content of carbon fiber. The optima content of carbon fiber was 0.5 ‰. An appropriate carbon fiber was in favour of the formation of VRLA battery. CV showed that the carbon fiber could affect the electrochemical potentials and the amount of oxygen evolution.
