废旧铅酸蓄电池破碎分选系统研究与探讨

摘要:
本文介绍了近些年来国内废旧铅酸蓄电池再生铅行业的发展现况,指出了现有的存在于再生铅回收工艺问题,并着重介绍了国内的废旧铅酸蓄电池破碎分选生产线和国外的破碎分选生产线,通过对比分析阐述了它们各自的优缺点。此外,本文也介绍了富氧底吹熔炼和低温连续熔炼两种再生铅冶炼工艺,为再生铅工艺中的铅冶炼部分提供了新的发展思路。

Research and discussion on the waste lead acid battery fragmentized separation system

Abstract: The present status of domestic lead-acid battery regenerated lead industry was introduced in this paper, as well as the problems existed in the recovery process in this field. The waste lead acid battery fragmentized separation production line, both in China and abroad, was also analyzed and the mechanical properties were emphatically discussed. In addition, two regenerated lead smelting technology, including the oxygen enrichment bottom blowing smelting and low temperature continuous melting, were presented. And these technologies can provide some development directions of the lead smelting process in regenerated lead recovery industry.

pH值对铅酸蓄电池废水处理效果的影响

摘要:
铅酸蓄电池企业生产产生大量的含铅废水,如不妥善处理将对环境产生重大影响,使用絮凝剂与污水中的Pb2+形成稳定的沉淀物,通过调节污水pH值使沉淀效果达到最佳,通过螺杆泵将沉淀下来的含铅物用板块压滤机压成固态铅泥,处理后的废水铅含量在1 mg/L以下。

Influence of pH value on the treatment ability of leaded wastewater

Abstract: The lead-acid battery factories produced a large amount of leaded wastewater during the production process. In case of the leaded wastewater wasn’t properly treated, environment would be severely effected. In order to achieve the best effect of sedimentation, the pH value of leaded wastewater was adjusted by using flocculant to form stable sediment with Pb2+ in the wastewater. Then, the deposited leaded substances were pressed into solid lead mud by using plate pressure filter with the help of screw pump. In the end, the lead content in treated wastewater would be less than 1 mg/L.

蓄电池不良品返修模的开发设计

本文主要针对蓄电池不良品返修模的开发设计进行了分析和阐述。通过对蓄电池不良品返修模的开发设计,使生产过程中蓄电池不良品得到了返修,不良电池再利用,提高了产出率,降低了生产成本。

分阶段恒流充电对VRLA电池寿命的影响

摘要:
对阀控式铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)的充电制度作了简单介绍,指出在不同的充电制度下,电池的循环寿命相差甚大。本文采用恒压限流和分阶段恒流充电方式对电池进行80 % DOD容量循环寿命的试验。试验结果表明,采用分阶段恒流充电方式的蓄电池循环寿命较长。

Influence of phased constant current charging on the life of VRLA battery

Abstract: The charging mechanisms for valve-regulated-lead acid (VRLA) batteries were briefly reviewed. It indicated substantial differences in cycle lives of VRLA batteries at various charging mechanisms. Two typical methods, constant current constant voltage (CC-CV) as well as phased constant current charging were adopted in the cycle life test at 80 % DOD. The results showed that the cycle lives of VRLA batteries with the latter method were longer.

超细4BS添加剂对阀控式电池性能影响的研究

摘要:本文通过使用超细4BS作为电池正极添加剂制作电池,探讨了超细4BS添加剂对阀控式电池性能的影响。研究结果表明:在本文研究的实验条件下,使用超细4BS,生极板中会产生大量的4BS晶体,并且细小而均匀;生极板化成时易于化成;电池的充电接受能力好;电池的循环寿命明显增加。

Study on super fine 4BS additive and its effect on the performances of

Abstract: In this article, the effects of super fine 4BS as positive additive on the performances of VRLA battery were discussed. The results of the study showed that there were a large number of small and uniform 4BS crystals in the unformed plates under the condition of experiment after the super fine 4BS were added, so the unformed plates were turned into formed plates easily. Thus the charge accept ability of VRLA battery was good, and the circle life was increased obviously.

储能用阀控密封式铅蓄电池的开发

摘要:通过对储能用铅酸蓄电池用胶体电解液、电解液中的硫酸含量、负极铅膏配方和光伏路灯的充电模式进行试验研究,开发了储能用铅酸蓄电池产品。经过台架试验和实际应用验证表明,该系列产品性能满足了光伏系统的使用要求。

Abstract: The influences of gelled electrolyte, sulfuric acid content in the electrolyte, charging mode of PV streetlight and negative paste recipe of VRLA batteries were studied. The energy storage valve regulated lead-acid batteries were developed. After the bench test and the practical application, the results showed that the performance of the products could meet the requirements of the photovoltaic systems.

超级电容新型蓄电池充放电电路的预测控制

摘要:
由于超级电容的一些特点,可以应用它的一种改进的半桥电路结构来防止蓄电池的大电流放电。这种结构可以使其电源在工作一定时间内不出现大电流放电,同时又不影响负载工作,它是在负载处于短暂的重载时,可以将之前存储在超级电容的能量输出来减小直流电源的输出功率。但是这种电路要正常工作需要对直流电源上的电流进行检测,再来控制超级电容输出的功率,考虑到实际应用中电流的检测、判断到最后产生相应操作的过程中需要一定的时间,即存在滞后性。因此,可以对该超级电容的半桥结构进行预测控制以补偿控制电路反应的滞后性。

Predictive control of the new battery’s charging and discharging circuit based on supercapacitor

Abstract: For the features of the supercapacitor, a half-bridge circuit based on it can be applied to prevent the high current discharge of the battery. When a power is working, the structure can be used to prevent the power from discharging large current, on the other hand not affecting the state of load within a certain time. For the reason that while the load is shortly overload, the energy stored in the supercapacitor can be extracted to reduce the output energy of DC power. Before the supercapacitor is controlled to output energy, the circuit of the DC power should be detected. However, considering the practical application, it takes a certain amount of time to detect the current, make decision and do the last corresponding operation, which will lead to lag in control. Therefore, it need predictive control in the structure to compensate the lag.

大功率智能充电机控制系统研制

摘要:通过研制UCC3895控制的大功率移相全桥充电机,分析了该变换器的工作原理,IGBT驱动电路和系统的稳态特性,给出了实现软开关的条件和吸收电路等主要元件参数的设计方法。试验样机的工作证实了本系统能够很好地实现ZVS,具有较好的转换效率和稳定的输出控制。

Development of control system of high power intelligent battery charger

Abstract: Through the development of one high-power phase-shifted full-bridge battery charger based on UCC3895. It analyzes the circuit theory of DC/DC converter, the IGBT driver circuit, and the steady state characteristics of the control system, gives the conditions of soft switching and the design method of absorption circuit. The results have indicated that the DC/DC converter which is designed by the article can achieve good soft-switching, improve efficiency, and cause the stable control of output voltage.

四碱式硫酸铅的制备及其性能

摘要:随着通讯产业和电动汽车的迅猛发展,期待出现具有更高比能量和比功率以及更长循环寿命的铅酸蓄电池。为了解决铅酸蓄电池早期容量损失问题,在正极铅膏中添加四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)作为添加剂已被证实是防止蓄电池早期容量损失的有效措施之一。本文评述了正极铅膏添加剂四碱式硫酸铅的制备方法,介绍了其结构及性能,展望了4BS在铅酸蓄电池中的应用。

The preparation and performance of tetrabasic lead sulphate

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of communication and electric car industries, it was looking forward to appear the lead-acid battery with the higher specific energy and power and the longer life cycle. In order to solve the premature capacity loss of lead-acid battery, the tetrabasic lead sulphate(4BS) was added into the positive lead paste as an additive. In this paper, the performance of tetrabasic lead sulphate as additive of the positive lead paste was discussed. The structure and performance of tetrabasic lead sulphate was introduced. We also give an overview of the future development direction of the tetrabasic lead sulphate used for lead-acid battery in the end of this paper.

The methods for measuring the gelling time of fumed silica colloidal

Abstract: The rheological method measuring the gelling time of colloidal electrolyte generated by fumed silica has been established. Meanwhile the method guided by eye was standardized as well. By the methods, the gelling time of fumed silica in sulfuric acid solution can be well measured, which provides the support of experimental methods to the development of excellent gelled lead-acid battery.

基于Peukert方程的铅酸蓄电池容量计算方法研究

摘要:根据船用铅酸蓄电池的特点,通过试验,以Peukert公式为基础,利用参数优化设计方法,定量计算了电流放电因子n的取值方法。分析了Peukert公式对于新型船用铅酸蓄电池容量计算的不足,设计了修正公式,解决了容量参数K在不同放电电流下变化的问题。实验结果表明,该公式简单实用,精度较高。

Study on calculation methods about the capacity of marine lead-acid battery based on the Peukert equation

Abstract: According to the characteristics of marine lead-acid battery, quantitative calculation of the value of the current discharge factor n was made through laboratory experiments, which was based on Peukert formula and made use of the method of parameter optimization design. On the basis, the inadequacy of the Peukert formula for the new marine lead-acid battery capacity calculation was analyzed and the correction formula was designed, which solved the problem that capacity parameter K would change under different discharge current. The experimental results showed that the formula was not only simple and practical but also of high precision.

蓄电池连续制带板栅合金性能的研究

摘要:通过对Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金腐蚀速率检测、导电性能测试、金相组织检验、拉伸性能测试等方面研究轧制工艺对蓄电池板栅性能的影响。结果表明:随着轧制工艺的变化,腐蚀速率由3.5836 g·m-2·h-1降低到3.1954 g·m-2·h-1,显著提高了蓄电池的使用寿命;IACS导电率值由7.9196升高到7.9708,可以降低蓄电池在使用过程中的电能损耗,节约资源;金相组织主要为α固溶体相和少量球状Pb3Ca化合物,随着轧制工艺的变化晶粒逐渐变大;抗拉强度由50 MPa降低到40 MPa,延伸率由7 %提高到9.5 %,延伸率高,拉网过程中不容易产生裂纹和断裂,提高了成材率和生产效率。

Study on the mechanical properties of Pb-Ca- Sn-Al alloy for the grids of lead-acid batteries

Abstract: The influences of rolling process on the mechanical properties of grids of lead-acid batteries were studied through the corrosion rate test, conductive performance test, metallographic structure examination and tensile properties test. The results showed that as the rolling process was changed, the corrosion rate was reduced from 3.5836 g·m-2·h-1 to 3.1954 g·m-2·h-1 which could obviously improve the service life of battery, and the conductive rate was improved from 7.9196 to 7.9708 which could reduce the electricity waste and save the resource. The metallographic structure mainly included α-solid solution phase and small amount of spherical Pb3Ca compounds. The grain size became larger with the changed rolling process. The tensile strength was reduced from 50 MPa to 40MPa. The elongation was increased from 7 % to 9.5 % which could lessen the cracking and fracture in the expanding grid process, and improve the yield and the production efficiency.

注酸量与化成后电解液密度对应关系的研究及探讨

摘要:内化成工艺与极板化成相比有诸多优势而被广泛应用,内化成可采用一次注酸法和二次注酸法进行。文中提到的化成为一次注酸法工艺,介绍了铅膏含酸量的计算方法,得出化成结束后极板析出的酸量,提出了测量电池在化成中失水的试验方法,同时通过大量现场试验得出电池失水率,从而得出内化成一次注酸法注酸量、注酸密度与化成后电解液密度的关系。

The research and discussion on the relation between the amount of injected acid and the electrolyte density after formation

Abstract: The container formation is widely used due to its so many advantages compared with the tank formation. The former could adopt one or two-time acid injection. The formation referred in this text is one-time acid injection technology. This article describes the way of calculating the acid content of paste to obtain the amount of acid separated out from the plates at the end of formation, and also proposes the test method for measuring the water loss during formation. The water loss rate is also gained through a large number of field tests, accordingly get the relationships among the injection amount, acid density and the electrolyte density after formation in one-time acid injection of container formation.

摘要:基于peukert经验公式,针对阀控式密封(VRLA)铅酸蓄电池,以放电倍率和放电时间比值拟合出关系式I1.29·t′= 0.409,I∈[0.5C, 3.0C],进而推算出Qn = Qn1(In1/In)0.29,I∈[0.5C, 3.0C],并从不同规格、容量部分衰减、未充满和低温条件等电池的不同状态下对其进行验证,结果表明VRLA电池的放电倍率与放电时间比值之间的关系受电池状态变化的影响不大,误差最大不超过10 %,因此可以利用式进行高倍率短时间放电得出标准放电电流下的容量,从而对VRLA电池的荷电状态(SOC)进行估算,此方法可以用于储能电池的检测。

State-of-charge estimation of valve-regulated lead-acid battery based on high-rate discharge method

Abstract: The valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery was tested to fit the relation of discharge rate and discharge time rate I1.29·t′ = 0.409, I∈[0.5C, 3.0C] based on Peukert empirical equation. Then the relation of Qn = Qn1(In1/In)0.29 , I∈[0.5C, 3.0C] was calculated. And the two relations were verified by the batteries under various conditions from different specifications, capacity-part-loss, undercharge and low temperature. The results showed that the change state of battery didn’t affect largely on the relation, the error is less than 10 %, so the capacity at the standard discharge current could be calculated by the (Ⅳ) formula with the high rate discharge, and then the SOC of VRLA battery could be estimated. The method could be used to the measurement of energy storage battery.

铅膏中添加四碱式硫酸铅对VRLA性能的影响

摘要:实验研究VRLA电池极板和膏时添加质量分数为1 %的4PbO·PbSO4·H2O,极板固化、干燥后观察铅膏的表面形貌发现有大量的4PbO·PbSO4·H2O生成。用该极板组装电池后,电池的容量未发生改变,但电池的循环寿命明显提高。

混合动力汽车用铅炭超级电池研究

摘要:铅炭超级电池由于具有高功率、长寿命等优点而被广泛关注,并被研究应用于混合动力汽车。本文通过循环伏安、SEM测试对铅炭负极板进行了研究,同时制备铅炭超级电池进行循环寿命测试。结果显示,炭材料加入到常规动力蓄电池负极活性物质中,可以增强负极板的电容特性。由于炭材料颗粒细小,可以细化硫酸铅颗粒,抑制负极硫酸盐化,显著延长电池在HRPSoC条件下的循环寿命;同时,炭材料还可起“储酸器”的作用,提高电池的放电电位,降低充电过电位;但炭材料的加入会加快负极的析氢速率。

Study on the Pb-C ultra-batteries for hybrid-electric vehicles

Abstract: The Pb-C ultra-batteries received extensive concern for it has the advantages of high power, long life, etc, and it had been used in hybrid-electric vehicles. The Pb-C negative plates had been studied through CV and SEM in this paper, and the cycle life test of the Pb-C ultra-battery had been conducted. The results showed that the capacitance characteristics of the negative plates could be enhanced for the carbon materials were added to the conventional negative active materials. Because carbon materials were fine, the lead sulfate particles could be smaller, the sulphation of negative plate was inhibited, and the cycle life of the battery was significantly extended under the conditions of HRPSoC. The carbon materials also could play the role of “acid reservoir” to improve discharge potential, reduce the charge potential. But the addition of the carbon materials will accelerate negative hydrogen evolution rate.

A design of new and practical system for the detection and preventive maintenance of storage battery on line

光伏离网系统蓄电池组单体电压检测的研究

摘要:在光伏离网发电系统中蓄电池组起着至关重要的作用,由于其成本昂贵,且维护不便,因此需要对蓄电池组进行实时监控。目前对串联蓄电池组单体电池电压的测量方法主要有共模测量法和差模测量法。本文在总结现有测量方法的基础上,设计了一种新型差模测量方法。通过开关阵电路依次选通串联蓄电池组的单体电池,并通过采样隔离电路和调理电路,将采样信号送入到数字信号处理器的AD模块,实现对串联蓄电池组单体电池电压的测量。本文还给出了开关阵电路详细的优化方案,大大提高了处理器I/O口的利用率。最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。从实验结果可看出,该方法具有采集速度快、测量精度高等优点。

Research on measurement of voltages of cells of lead-acid batteries in PV off-grid systems

Abstract:The lead-acid batteries play a vital role in the photovoltaic off-grid systems. Due to its high cost and bad maintainability, it is necessary to monitor the lead-acid batteries on real time. Now, the methods are mainly common mode and differential mode to measure the voltage of each cell in the series batteries. In this paper, a new measurement method of differential mode is designed after the existing measurement methods are summed up. By sequentially gating the cells of series batteries through the switch matrix circuit, the sampled signals are fed to the digital signal processor AD modules to measure the cell voltage by the sampling isolation and conditioning circuit. The paper also gives a detailed optimization project of the switch matrix circuit which can greatly improve the utilization of the processor I/O port. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments, and the results show that the method has the advantages of fast acquisition and high measuring accuracy.

不同炭掺杂的铅酸电池负极板及

Study on various kinds of carbon doped into negative electrodes of lead-acid battery and their electrochemical properties

Abstract: Many kinds of carbon were doped into the negative electrodes by using the traditional industrial process, generating negative electrodes with different amounts carbon, and then lead-acid batteries were assembled by the prepared negative electrodes and the regular positive electrodes, lastly, the charge-discharge tests were performed on the as-assembled lead-acid battery. Results indicated that a proper doped carbon could significantly improve the capacities of a lead-acid battery, and the cycle performance as well. Also, it was indicated that one kind of hydrogen evolution inhibitor could greatly reduce the consumption of acid in the lead-acid battery.

铅炭电池析氢与负极电势关系的研究

摘要:阀控式铅炭电池的失水影响其高倍率部分荷电状态下的循环性能,采用计时电流法研究了不同炭含量铅炭负极板在不同温度、不同电势下的析氢行为,实验结果表明,铅炭负极电势比-1.25 V更负时析氢速率快速增加,正极电势比1.25 V更正时析氧速率快速增加,环境温度40 ℃以上加速负极析氢;为了防止铅炭负极析氢,铅炭电池的充电电压不应高于2.45 V。

Study on the relationship between hydrogen evolution and potential of negative plate in Pb-C batteries

Abstract: Water loss of value regulated Pb-C batteries has great effect on the cycle life of the batteries under the conditions of HRPSoC. In this work, the hydrogen evolution behaviors of the negative plates with different quantity of carbon materials in various temperature and potential have been investigated by chronoamperometry. The results show that the rate of hydrogen evolution increases with lower potential of the negative plate when the potential is lower than -1.25 V, while the rate of oxygen evolution increases with higher potential of the positive plate when the potential is higher than 1.25 V. Moreover, the hydrogen behaviors of the negative plate will be accelerated when the temperature is higher than 40 ℃. In order to restrain the hydrogen evolution of the negative plate, the charge voltage of Pb-C batteries should below 2.45 V.

The applied research on positive electrode additives of Lead-acid battery

Abstract: After many tests, it was confirmed that the right amount of additives added into the positive paste had an important impact on the performance of lead-acid batteries under the appropriate manufacturing process. The unformatted plates and formatted plates with different content of graphite and 4BS seed crystal under different curing process conditions were analyzed by SEM and XRD. So according to the using field and quality requirements of lead-acid batteries, it can be possible to preferably select and use the right process and additives.

SiO2胶体电解液分散稳定性研究

摘要:利用重力沉降、SEM、粒径分布和正交试验研究了SiO2胶体电解液的分散稳定性。结果表明:阴离子分散剂A的质量分数在0.005 %~0.1 %时对气相SiO2具有较好的分散稳定性,增加搅拌速率或搅拌时间可以提高SiO2分散稳定性。正交试验结果可以得出,在试验范围内,影响SiO2分散稳定性的主要因素是酸比重,其次是搅拌时间、搅拌速率和分散剂。按通过正交优化得出的SiO2分散工艺配制得到的SiO2分散体系的重力沉降高度为0.2 mm。

Study on dispersion stability of gelled electrolyte of fumed silica

Abstract: The dispersion stability of gelled electrolyte of fumed silica was studied by gravity settling, SEM, particle size distribution and orthogonal test. The results showed that the dispersion stability of fumed silica was good when the percentage of anionic dispersant A was from 0.005 % to 0.1 %; increasing the stirring speed or mixing time could improve the dispersion stability of fumed silica. Orthogonal test results showed what affected the dispersion stability of fumed silica was proportion of acid, and then mixing time, stirring speed and dispersants in the test range. The gravity settling height of dispersion system of fumed silica that was obtained by the dispersing technology of fumed silica via orthogonal experiment was 0.2 mm.

最小二乘支持向量机在航空蓄电池剩余容量预测中的应用

摘要:本文提出了一种预测航空蓄电池剩余容量的新方法。介绍了电池容量常用的几种预测方法及缺点;阐述了用于航空蓄电池容量预测的最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)回归算法原理,并说明了预测模型的建立步骤;提出了交叉验证法来优化惩罚因子和核函数参数,给出了两种误差标准;最后用实验数据验证了所建LS-SVM预测模型的准确性,并与BP神经网络进行比较,仿真结果证明,LS-SVM预测模型比BPNN模型的精度高,更适合用于航空蓄电池容量在线预测。

The estimation on the residual capacity of aeronautic battery
based on LS-SVM

Abstract: A new estimation method of residual capacity of aeronautic battery is proposed in this text. A few common methods are introduced and their disadvantage are illuminated first, then the truth on the regression arithmetic of Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) for the estimation of residual capacity is elaborated, and the steps of building the predicting model are illuminated. A new method of cross-validation is put forward to optimize the penalty factor and the parameter of kernel function, and two kinds of error standards are given. Finally, the accuracy of the LS-SVM predicting model is verified based on the experiment data, and the comparison is carried on with BP neural network. The simulating results show that the LS-SVM predicting model owns a higher accuracy than BPNN, which is more suitable for the on-line estimation on the residual capacity of aeronautic battery.

The influence of battery’s capacity on the stand-alone photovoltaic system with different load profile

涂板生产过程余铅膏的再利用

摘要:由于蓄电池在涂板过程中产生大量的余膏,为提高蓄电池生产材料的利用率,保证成品电池的质量,在正常铅膏中需找出合适的添加余膏比例。本文通过对负极铅膏添加不同比例的余膏进行试验,得出在和制负极铅膏时添加质量分数占5 %的沉淀池铅膏较为合适,以此膏制备的极板组装成成品电池,电池的容量、起动性能、寿命均可达到国家标准。

The reuse of residual lead paste in the pasting process

Abstract: A large amounts of residual lead paste would be produced in the pasting process. We need to find the right proportion of added residual paste to normal lead paste, in order to improve the material utilization, at the same time ensure the quality of lead-acid batteries. The results of test for different proportion of residual paste to negative paste shows that it was appropriate in the 5 % proportion of residual paste in the sedimentation tank to lead paste of negative plate. The lead-acid batteries with such lead paste can meet the requirements of national standards in the matter of capacity, starting performance and life.

摘要:蓄电池是电动助力车的动力源,是电动助力车的关键部件,而蓄电池组的循环使用寿命又是评定蓄电池组性能的重要指标之一。快速寿命试验不能代表电池组的真实使用情况,也不符合电动助力车用阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的特性。采用体现电池组真实性能和实际使用情况的寿命试验方法,对正确评价蓄电池性能,确定电池和助力车生产、制造工艺,制定相关的各项标准都是有益的[1]。本文介绍了一种蓄电池组循环寿命的测试方法。

Abstract: The VRLA battery is the power source and key part of electric bicycle. The cycle life is one of the important indexes to evaluate the performance of VRLA batteries. The accelerated life test can not represent the true service conditions, and also not match up with the characteristics of VRLA batteries for electric bicycles. This paper introduces a kind of life test method reflecting the real performance and actual usage, which is beneficial to evaluate the performance of VRLA batteries, determine the production and manufacture processes of batteries and electric bicycles, and establish relevant standards.

ICP-OES法测定铅锭中微量杂质元素

摘要:研究了ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)法测定电解铅中杂质Ag、Cu、Bi、As、Zn、Fe、Cd、Ni的含量,本文进行了实际样品的精密度、准确度试验,结果表明本方法快速、准确,实用,可以满足铅锭中杂质含量的分析要求,RSD<1 %,回收率95 %~102 %。

Determination of trace impurity elements in lead by ICP-OES

Abstract: An ICP-OES method for the determination of trace impurity elements of Ag, Cu, Bi, As, Zn, Fe, Cd and Ni in lead had been developed in this paper. The method were verified with actual samples on accuracy and precision. The results showed that the method was quick and easy to operate. It was met the requirement of analysis. The recoveries could reach 95 %~102 % with RSD<1 %.

铅酸电池模型及参数辨识研究

摘要:随着电动车技术的发展,铅酸电池得到了更广泛的应用。电池模型是研究动力电池充放电特性的重要工具,合理的电池模型能够仿真电池的充放电过程,通过系统辨识方法,电池模型参数还能够实时反映电池的性能状态。本文选用了二阶RC等效电路模型对在动态应力测试(DST)试验规程条件下的电池充放电行为进行仿真,采用含遗传因子的递推最小二乘算法(FFRLS)对模型参数进行辨识,并通过端电压比较法对辨识结果进行验证。结果表明:二阶RC等效电路模型参数可以提供较为精确的充放电过程仿真,模型参数辨识结果可提供包括内阻和电池开路电压等参数的估计,从而有助于反映电池的性能状态。

Research on equivalent model and its parameters identification of lead-acid batteries

Abstract: With the development of electric vehicles, the lead-acid batteries have been found in more applications. The equivalent battery model is an important tool to study the charge-discharge characteristics. While simulating the operating process, the identified model parameters can reflect the state of the batteries. In this paper, the 2nd order RC equivalent battery model has been chosen to simulate the battery behavior in the experimental process of dynamic stress test (DST). The forgetting factor recursive least square algorithm (FFRLS) has been adopted to identify the parameters of battery model. Terminal voltages comparison indicates that the model can provide the precise simulation in real time. In addition, the identified parameters include the internal resistance and open circuit voltage, which could be used to reflect the state of the batteries.

复合脱硫剂对废铅酸蓄电池铅膏脱硫影响的研究

摘要:以废旧铅膏为原料,使用碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠为复合脱硫剂对其进行脱硫处理。通过脱硫后的产品组成以及铅膏脱硫率进行对比,优选出最佳的脱硫条件。结果表明:采用复合脱硫剂,在3.40 g碳酸钠和1.34 g碳酸氢钠优化配比条件下,铅膏可以获得99 %以上的脱硫率,并且消除了NaPb2(CO3)2OH脱硫副产物,能得到较为纯净的碳酸铅固体。

Study on effects of complex desulfurizer on the desulfurization ratio of lead pastes from used lead-acid battery

Abstract: The lead paste from used lead-acid battery was desulfurized by complex desulfurizer of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3. Through contrast of products characterization and the desulfurization ratio of lead paste, the best desulfurization condition will be obtained. Pure lead carbonate can be prepared under a certain proportion of complex desulfurizer, namely 3.40 g Na2CO3 and 1.34 g NaHCO3, with the desulfurization ratio above 99 %.

再生铅在铅酸蓄电池铅钙合金上的应用研究

摘要:本文对再生铅的定义及发展趋势进行介绍,提出了使用再生铅的必要性,对再生铅及原生铅制成的合金分别从抗拉强度、密度、硬度、耐腐蚀性等方面对比测试,对合金晶相分析比较,并分别组装样品蓄电池进行相关性能测试。试验结果表明:在配置板栅合金时,再生铅代替原生铅是可行的。

Study on the application of secondary lead in Pb-Ca alloy for lead-acid battery

Abstract: This paper introduces the definition and development tendency of secondary lead, puts forward the necessity of using secondary lead, and also carries out the comparison tests of the Pb-Ca alloys respectively made from secondary and primary lead from the aspects of tensile strength, density, hardness, corrosion resistance etc, and analyzes the crystal phases of alloys. The related performance tests are conducted with the sample batteries assembled respectively. According to the test results, the primary lead can be replaced by secondary lead in grid alloys for lead-acid battery.

First discussion about dioxins control technology in the industry recycling lead from used lead-acid battery in China

Abstract: Non-ferrous metal smelting, especially renewable metal smelting process is the important emission source of dioxins. In this paper, the main production technologies and pollution producing situation of domestic secondary lead are introduced, and the causes of dioxin production in the secondary lead industry are analyzed systematically. Focused on the domestic key technology of dioxins pollution control in the secondary lead industry, the popularization and application proposals of the technologies are put forward.

Discussion of the consistency of float charge voltage difference of gelled lead-acid batteries

Abstract: Float charging voltage of the gelled lead-acid battery is analyzed in this paper. The uniformity of float charging voltages originate from the difference of negative potentials of gelled lead-acid batteries. The uniformity is connected with oxygen recombination depolarization imbalance of negative electrodes which is caused by the low early charge acceptance and no effectively established oxygen recombination channels. This is one of the main factors which result in the difference of float charging voltages and is connected with the technological characteristics of gelled lead-acid battery. Then, some measures are pointed out.

Disscussion on reducing the short circuit of lead-acid battery with expanded grids

Some optimized charging methods or improved suggestions for the charger of electric bike battery are put forward in this paper according to the previous analyses.

摘要:随着汽车消费量的增加,传统汽车导致的石油资源消耗和环境污染等问题日益严重。较传统汽车,以车载电源作为全部或部分动力驱动的电动汽车,具有清洁节能的优势。混合电动汽车(HEV)性价比高,成为国内外汽车领域研究的热点。较其他动力电池,铅酸蓄电池成本较低,性能稳定,依然是混合电动汽车的重要选择。铅酸蓄电池在HEV中已经得到初步的应用,提高铅酸蓄电池的能量密度,成为制约铅酸蓄电池在HEV中进一步应用的瓶颈。国内外学者通过开发合适的添加剂、改进板栅材料、优化电池制备和装配技术,以及制备超细铅粉活性材料等手段来提高铅酸蓄电池的能量密度。本文对HEV用铅酸蓄电池的充放电机制和电池管理系统也进行了一定的探讨。

Review and Progress of lead-acid battery for hybrid electric vehicles

Abstracts: With the increasing consumptions of vehicles in modern society, oil resources exhaustion problems and environmental pollution caused by conventional vehicles are increasingly serious. Compared with conventional vehicles, electric vehicles powered entirely or partly by batteries are of less environmental pollution and energy consumption. Hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) have drawn great attention worldwide in the automobile field, due to its good cost-benefit. Lead-acid battery is an important choice for HEVs, due to its low cost and good stability. Compared with other power battery, the lead-acid battery is of lower cost and steady performance, so it is an important alternative for HEVs. Although the lead-acid battery has been used partly in HEVs, it has been a bottleneck of the lead-acid battery further application in HEVs for its lower energy density. Four approaches have been studied for the improvement of lead-acid battery energy density: development of suitable additives, improvement of grid materials, optimization of battery preparation method and assembly technology, and preparation of novel ultrafine lead powder. In this paper, the charging mechanism and battery management system for the lead-acid battery has been discussed in the application in HEVs.

铅酸蓄电池中铅泥回收处理技术研究

摘要:本文介绍了废铅酸电池处理现状。对目前国内外铅泥的处理技术—火法冶炼工艺、湿法冶炼工艺以及转化为化工产品等工艺进行了研究,结果表明:SO2酸性气体、挥发性铅尘等大气污染、铅泥中铅的回收率以及能耗等问题都是铅泥回收处理技术关注的重点。并对各种工艺的优缺点进行了分析,为企业回收处理铅泥在采用处理方面提供了依据。

Research on recycling and treatment technology of lead paste of lead-acid battery

Abstract: This paper introduced the status of recycling waste lead-acid batteries. The pyrometallurgical process, hydrometallurgical process and the recycling technology of lead paste converted into chemical products were studied both at home and abroad. The results showed that the lead paste recycling technology paid more attention to the problems of SO2 acid gases and volatile lead dust polluting the air, recovery rate of lead in lead paste and energy consumption. This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, and provided a reference to recycle lead paste.

阀控铅酸蓄电池阻燃壳体性能研究

摘要:本文通过垂直法对阀控铅酸蓄电池阻燃壳体进行燃烧性能实验,制定了阻燃壳体阻燃性能的实验标准。研究了酒精浓度、温度及干燥和酒精擦拭顺序等对阻燃壳体的耐化学性能的影响,得出了电池壳体不易经高温和高浓度酒精处理,同时电池壳体应具有一定的时效时间,这样电池壳体不易产生裂纹。

Study on the performance of flame retardant container of VRLA battery

Abstract: In this article, the author did a combustibility test of the flame retardant container through vertical method, and set the test standard. The influence of concentration and temperature of alcohol, drying along with wiping sequence on the chemical resistance of the flame retardant container was mainly studied. The study came to a conclusion that battery containers made basically no changes after high temperature and high concentration alcohol treatment. And in the meantime the battery container should pass a certain ageing time to avoid crack.

全沉积型铅酸液流电池性能研究

摘要:本文研究了全沉积型铅酸液流电池的充放电特性,分析了充放电制度、Pb2+浓度对电池充放电特性的影响规律。结果表明:在恒流充放电时电压比较稳定,随着充放电次数的增加,平均充电电压基本不变,而平均放电电压逐渐增大,能量效率也随之增大;随着放电电流密度的增大,放电电压和放电时间逐渐减小,而且电流密度过大或过小均导致库仑效率不高,经小电流循环充放电对电池激活后,再以较大电流充放电能显著提高电池的能量效率;随着Pb2+浓度的增加,电池的最大充电电压逐渐降低,放电电压逐渐增大,而且放电时间延长,表现出更好的充放电性能。

Study on the performance of completely deposit-type lead-acid flow batteryl

Abstract: The charge and discharge characteristics of a novel lead-acid flow battery with a single electrolyte, lead (II) in methanesulfonic acid were studied in this paper. The effects of charge and discharge conditions and lead (II) concentrations on performance of lead-acid flow battery are analyzed in detail. The results showed that the charge voltage was almost constant and the average discharge voltage and energy efficiency increased gradually with the increasing cycle numbers of charging and discharging. The discharge voltage and time decreased gradually with increasing discharge current density, and the coulomb efficiency was smaller when the discharge current density was too large or small. The lead-acid flow battery had good charge and discharge performance with large current density after it was activated by charging and discharging with small current density. The charge voltage decreased and the discharge time at larger voltage increased with increasing lead (II) concentration, which improved the charge and discharge performance of lead acid flow battery.

蓄电池用腐植酸的化学改性及电化学行为研究

摘要:本文对蓄电池用腐植酸进行化学改性,以提高其在蓄电池中的使用性能。采用循环伏安法研究改性腐植酸在充放电过程中的电化学行为,探索不同分子结构的腐植酸对电极反应过程的影响。实验结果表明:腐植酸的电化学行为与腐植酸分子量及其羧基含量密切相关。腐植酸分子羧基含量增加,电池充放电容量增大,蓄电池电学性能提高,为制备具有更好电化学性能的腐植酸产品提供依据。

Chemical modification of humic acid for lead-acid batteries and research on its electrochemical behavior

Abstract: In this paper the humic acid was chemically modified to improve its performance in the negative electrodes of lead-acid batteries. The electrochemical behavior of modified humic acid in the process of charging and discharging was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV), in order to explore the influence of humic acid with different molecular structures on electrode reaction. The experimental results show that electrochemical behavior of humic acid were closely related to its molecular weights and carboxyl contents. The charge and discharge capacity of lead-acid battery was increased with the carboxyl content of humic acid, so the electrochemical performance of lead-acid battery was increased. This provide a basis for preparation of humic acid with better electrochemical performance.

摘要:本文研究了不同类型及不同含量的碳纳米管添加于铅酸蓄电池负极后,对极板表面形貌及电池性能的影响。实验表明,碳纳米管可促进活性物质均匀分布,并可形成有效的三维导电网络;3种碳纳米管均可提高电池性能,电池初容量最多可提高6.8 %。在低温-15 ℃下容量最多可提高20.7 %。并可有效地提高电池的容量保持率。

Abstract: This article introduces the effect of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with different form and content to the morphology of plate and the performance of lead-acid battery. Experimental results show that CNTs can promote uniform distribution of the active material, and form three dimensional conductive network. All of the three types of CNTs can enhance battery performance. The initial capacity can be improved by 6.8 %, and the capacity under temperature of -15 ℃ can be increased by 20.7 % at most. And the capacity retention ratio of lead-acid battery can be effectively improved.

阀控铅酸蓄电池正极板栅的电化学行为

摘要:采用循环伏安曲线、电化学阻抗谱和Tafel曲线研究了阀控铅酸蓄电池正极板栅的电化学行为。不同扫速下的循环伏安曲线表明,扫描速度增加,体系的可逆性逐渐变差,峰值电流随扫描速度增大而升高。不同温度下循环伏安曲线表明,随着温度的升高,析氢量和析氧量逐渐增多,氧化峰与还原峰的峰值电流随温度升高而增大,电化学极化减小。电化学阻抗谱表明,板栅的耐腐蚀性和电导率与电荷转移电阻有关。Tafel曲线表明,高温时效工艺的正极板栅更容易腐蚀。

Electrochemical behavior of positive grid of VRLA battery

Abstract: The electrochemical behavior of positive grids of VRLA batteries is investigated by cyclic voltammograms (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Tafel curves. CV curves with different scanning rates show that the reversibility of the system decreases due to the increased scanning rates. The peak current increases with increasing of scanning rates. CV curves at different temperatures reveal that the evolution of hydrogen and oxygen increases gradually as a result of temperature increasing. However, the currents of oxidation and reduction peaks increase, and the electrochemical polarization decreases. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) shows that the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of the grids are related to the charge transfer resistance. Tafel curves exhibit that positive grids with high temperature age hardening are easier to be corroded.

混合动力汽车用铅炭电池电解液加入磷酸的研究

摘要:电解液是铅蓄电池重要的组成部分,优化电解液可有效提高蓄电池的各项性能。本文研究了电解液中添加磷酸对混合动力汽车用铅炭电池性能的影响。通过循环伏安、线性扫描曲线和电池循环寿命测试表明,电解液添加磷酸可显著抑制正极板析氧,但同时也会抑制正极充电反应。所以,混合动力汽车用铅炭电池电解液不适合添加磷酸。

Study on phosphoric acid added into electrolyte of Pb-C batteries for HEVs

Abstract: The performances of battery could be improved by optimizing electrolyte, because the electrolyte was one of the most important ingredients of lead-acid battery. The influences of phosphoric acid added into the sulfuric acid electrolyte on the performances of Pb-C batteries for HEVs were researched. According to cyclic voltammetry (CV)、linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and cycling life test, the results indicated that phosphoric acid added into electrolyte could inhibit oxygen evolution obviously, but restrain the positive electrode charging reaction meanwhile. So phosphoric acid was unsuitable to be added into electrolyte of Pb-C batteries for HEVs.

铅酸蓄电池加速寿命试验方法的研究

摘要:根据可靠性技术中的加速寿命理论,选取充电电流作为加速变量,对铅酸蓄电池的加速寿命试验方法进行研究。以48 V电动自行车中使用的6-DZM-12型号的铅酸蓄电池为测试对象,并对试验结果进行分析。试验结果表明铅酸蓄电池的充电电流与循环寿命符合逆幂律方程的关系。采用加速寿命试验可以大大缩短铅酸蓄电池循环寿命试验的考核和测试时间,利于生产厂家研发新产品和用户快速检验铅酸蓄电池的循环寿命。

Research on accelerated life test of lead-acid battery

Abstract:According to the accelerated life theory in reliability technique, the charging current was selected as the accelerated variable, and an accelerate life testing method for lead-acid battery is researched. Taking 6-DZM-12 lead-acid battery in a 48 V electric bicycle as testing object, and then the testing results were analyzed. The testing results showed that the charging current and the cycle life of lead-acid battery had matched with the inverse power-law equation. Compared with other methods, it greatly shortened the testing time and improved the efficiency of research and development of new products. As the same time, the method may be used to rapidly detect the cycle life of lead-acid battery for users.

碳纳米管掺杂对铅酸电池负极板性能的影响

摘要:利用工业工艺,将碳纳米管、石墨和锌化物分别掺入铅酸电池负极材料中制备出3种铅负极板,并分别组装成电池。研究发现,在0.2C、0.5C倍率下掺杂碳纳米管的负极板的铅酸电池具有较高的电池容量。还利用红外、X射线衍射、电子扫描电镜等技术对得到的负极板进行了表征。结果表明,虽然在红外和X射线衍射谱图中未见明显的区别,扫描电镜照片说明掺杂有碳纳米管的负极板的颗粒均匀性较高。

Influence of doped-carbon nanotube on the performance of negative electrode of lead-acid battery

    Abstract: Carbon nanotube,graphite and zinc compounds were doped into the negative electrodes respectively according to a traditional industrial process, and then lead-acid batteries were assembled with the as-prepared negative electrodes. Compared to the undoped samples, at 0.2C and 0.5C, higher capacities were achieved with the carbon nanotube -doped negative electrodes. FTIR、XRD and SEM were used to characterize the as-prepared negative electrodes. The results demonstrated that the particles in the negative electrodes doped into proper amount of carbon nanotube were more uniform by SEM, though no evident differences were displayed in the FTIR and XRD plots.

富含CO2蒸汽处理后板栅对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响

摘要:本文叙述了用富含CO2的蒸汽处理铅酸蓄电池的正、负板栅,在其表面生成了碱式碳酸铅,然后制成动力电池极板并组装成电池。实验数据表明,这种方法可以提高极板的强度,提高成批电池的充电合格率和电池组循环的一致性,有利于延长电池使用寿命和提升电池的综合性能。

Influence of grids processed with CO2-rich vapor on the performance of lead-acid battery

Abstract: The paper describes the method to process the positive and negative grids of lead-acid batteries with CO2-rich vapor. Basic lead carbonate is generated on the surfaces of positive and negative grids which be made into the plates of power lead-acid batteries and then be assembled. The experimental data showed the method can increase the strength of the electrode plate, improve the charging pass rate of batteries in bulk and the cycle consistency of the batteries, extend the service life and upgrade the overall performance of the lead-acid battery.

铅减渣剂对板栅铸造与蓄电池寿命的影响

摘要:本文通过对铸板过程中使用铅减渣剂前后板栅和铅渣的成分变化与形貌观察,发现铅减渣剂能显著地减少铅渣量,有效地阻止Pb、Sn、Ca、Al等元素的流失。蓄电池循环寿命实验结果表明,铅减渣剂能提高板栅的耐蚀性并延长蓄电池的使用寿命。

The influence of lead-slag-reduction-agent on grid casting and battery service life

Abstract: By observing and analyzing the changes of grid and lead猀氀愀最 before and after using lead-slag-reduction-agent during grid casting, we found lead-slag-reduction-agent挀愀渀 reduce the quantity of lead猀氀愀最 remarkably, and effectively prevent the loss of Pb, Sn, Ca, Al. The battery cycle life testing results showed that lead-slag-reduction-agent can improve琀栀攀 corrosion resistance of the最爀椀搀 and prolong the戀愀琀琀攀爀礀 service life.
