摘要:四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)是一种重要的铅蓄电池正极板铅膏添加剂,使用4BS可以有效避免铅钙合金的高阻抗钝化膜引起的活性物质失效和蓄电池早期容量损失(PCL),从而可以显著地延长铅酸蓄电池的循环使用寿命。文中介绍了4BS的结构、电化学性质及其对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响,评述了4BS延长铅酸电池循环寿命的原理,研究了Addenda种子在改善电池极板化成、提高初始容量和循环寿命方面的作用。结果表明,Addenda种子作为标准添加剂在和膏时加入与铅粉等一起被制成铅膏,能够大大提升铅酸蓄电池的性能,特别是有效解决了蓄电池的容量衰减,延长了蓄电池的寿命。

Abstract: The tetrabasic lead sulfate (4BS) is a kind of important additive of the positive plate lead paste, can avoid failure of the positive active material and the premature capacity loss, and prolong the life of lead-acid battery. In this paper, the structure, electrochemical properties and the effect on the battery performances of tetrabasic lead sulfate were introduced. The mechanism which the tetrabasic lead sulfate could prolong the life of battery was analyzed. The novel 4BS additive——Addenda seed was studied. The experimental results showed that the Addenda seed used as additive to be mixed with leady oxide could improve the performance of lead-acid battery, in particular reduce the capacity loss and prolong the cycle life of lead-acid battery.

摘要:
本文考察了气相SiO2在硫酸中的凝胶化行为,包括了相图的绘制,气相SiO2分散表观粒径(d)、气相SiO2含量()和温度(T)对气相SiO2在硫酸中分散体系的凝胶时间的影响(tgel)。在给定的温度下,当分散体系中气相SiO2与H2SO4两者的浓度满足关系式时,体系才有可能生成凝胶;、、T的增大以及d的减大均缩短了体系的胶凝时间,此外tgel与T之间关系满足Arrenhinus公式(其中K为常数,Ea为凝胶的表观活化能),在考察的温度范围内求得Ea为值35.6 kJ/mol,从动力学方面证明了温度的升高加速了气相SiO2在硫酸中的凝胶作用。

Gelation of fumed silica in sulfuric acid medium

Abstract: In this paper, the gelation behavior of fumed silica in sulfuric acid medium was studied, which included the phase diagrams and the effects on gelled time (tgel), such as the apparent size of SiO2 (d), content of fumed silica (wSiO2), temperature(T), and so on. The results showed that at 25 ℃, when the concentrations of both SiO2 and H2SO4 satisfied the relations (wSiO2/%)(wH2SO4/%) 96, the SiO2/H2SO4 dispersion is possible to form gel. The gelled time of SiO2/H2SO4 dispersion would be shorted with the value increase of d, wSiO2, wH2SO4 and T respectively. In addition, the relationship between tgel and T satisfied Arrenhinus formula, and the value of Ea is 35.6 kJ/mol in the temperature range of the investigation, so that it was justified from the dynamic field that the increased temperature would accelerate the gelation of fumed silica in sulfuric acid.

摘要:在低温条件蓄电池生产中,极板化成经常产生正极板弯曲的现象。对此进行了研究,发现在低温下,电化学反应形成了致密的结晶,很难形成颗粒状的活性物质和分布均匀的孔隙,产生的应力无法释放;低温下化成的极板内部和极板外部的成分差异很大,也是产生应力的因素之一,这些应力导致了极板的变形。

Analysis of buckling deformation of positive plates during formation at low temperature

Abstract: During battery production at low temperature, buckling phenomenon of positive plates often appeared due to the formation of plates. Research showed that electrochemical reaction formed the dense crystals at low temperature. It is difficult to form the granular active materials and uniform distributed porosity, so that the resulted stress could not be released. During formation at low temperature, the difference of components between the internal and external plates was remarkable. This was also one of the factors of resulting in stress which lead to the deformation of plates.

不同生产工艺对4BS生成影响的研究

摘要:
利用电子扫描显微镜、X射线衍射技术,研究了铅膏配方中不同H2SO4与PbO添加比例、极板固化温度、固化时间等因素对活性物质内生成四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)含量和晶体颗粒尺寸的影响。研究发现H2SO4与PbO的添加比例对4BS在活性物质内的生成量有直接影响,对晶体颗粒尺寸无明显影响;固化温度对活性物质内4BS生成量无明显影响,对晶体颗粒尺寸影响较大;固化时间对活性物质中4BS生成量和晶体颗粒大小均有一定影响。

Study on the influence of different processes on the generating of 4BS

Abstract: We use the techniques of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to investigate the influence of different proportion of H2SO4 and PbO in the paste formula, curing temperature and time on the content of 4BS and the size of crystal. The results suggest that proportion of H2SO4 and PbO has a direct impact on the content of 4BS in the active material, while it has no significant effect on the size of crystal. On the contrary, the curing temperature has no effect on the content of 4BS, but it influences the size of crystal more considerably. It also can be told that curing time has a certain impact both on the content of 4BS and the size of crystal as well.

摘要:对GFD-2000型号固定型防酸式铅酸蓄电池进行了短路电流耐受时间试验及容量核对性试验。结果表明,以国标GB13337.1-91附录A中短路电流试验方法(两点法)试验计算出的短路电流及耐受时间是可靠的,同时验证了该型号蓄电池(极柱)可承受大电流3.6 C10 A的时间为5.6 s,高于国标GB13337.1-91中大电流放电试验3C10 A持续时间5s的规定。

Brief analysis of short circuit test on stationary acid-proof lead-acid batteries

Abstract: Short circuit current tolerance time test and capacity check test were carried out on GFD-2000 stationary acid-proof lead-acid batteries. The test results indicated that the calculated short circuit current and tolerance time were reliable by using the short circuit current test method (two point method) in appendix A of national standard GB13337.1-91. At the same time it was verified in the test that the cell could withstand high-rate current of 3.6C10 A for 5.6 s which was higher than the value of 3.0C10A for 5 s specified in national standard GB13337.1-91.

Discussion on the testing method of the VRLA batteries used in the electric power system

Abstract: This article discusses three types of tests of VRLA batteries used as standby power supply in the electric power system. Based on the testing data and applying experience, some suggestions about the testing methods and periods are provided. These suggestions are useful for the users to maintain the VRLA batteries.

摘要:铅酸蓄电池板栅在均匀酸性介质中,一面的腐蚀情况为点状腐蚀,另一面为互相交错的网格形状,这个问题一直是化学界的未解之谜。本文通过分析铅酸蓄电池离子和电子在充/放电过程中的运动情况,发现放电反应中所生成的电子有很大的初速度,电子以这个速度从板栅一面飞向另一面,由于受到电场和初速度方向影响,形成了独特的腐蚀形态。此外,电子在放电过程中通过板栅时,并不是均匀的,而是有若干孤立的电子发射点,发射出的电子在对面的界面相互交叉和外界的干扰振动等,交叉区域的变化形成纵横交错的网格腐蚀。

An Analysis of the corrosion level of grids of lead-acid battery

Abstract: It has been a mystery in chemical field for a long time that once the grid of the lead-acid battery corrodes away in the homogeneous acidic medium, one side of the corrosion of the grid is dotted distribution, and the other side is interlaced net shape. Through the analysis of the ions and electrons movement of the lead-acid battery while charging and discharging, it has been found that the electrons generated in the discharge process glides from one side of the grid to the other side with such initial speed, then it will form special corrosion shape as a result of the effect of the electric field and the direction of the initial speed. In addition, while passing by the grid in the process of discharge, it is not uniform, but it has several isolated electric emission points, electron emitted overlap in the opposite interface and vibrate under the outside interfere, then this overlapping interface will cause intersecting meshed corrosion.

Abstract: The operating methods of COS of lead-acid batteries for e-bikes and the differences between the manual gas welding and welding by cast-on strap machine were represented briefly. In addition, the products which manufactured by manual gas welding and cast-on strap machine were compared respectively. Thus it could be seen that the products which manufactured by cast-on strap machine had great advantage in the ways of consistency, saving cost and reducing lead pollution.

摘要:
以使用阀控式铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)的独立光伏系统为研究对象,根据蓄电池端电压预测蓄电池的荷电状态来判断蓄电池的容量,采用CVT方式跟踪光伏电池最大功率来有效地提高光伏电池的工作效率,采用改进的二阶段充电法对蓄电池组快速充电优化充电过程。通过仿真验证了该方法可以有效地避免蓄电池发生过充电和最大限度地避免欠充电,从而延长蓄电池的寿命,并且提高了整个光伏系统的工作性能。

Study on two-stage fast charge method for VRLA batteries in PV systems

Abstract:This paper predicted the state of charge of VRLA batteries in the independent photovoltaic system to determine the capacities of VRLA batteries according to their open circuit voltage, tracked the maximum power of PV cells by CVT method to effectively improve the efficiency of photovoltaic cells, and used an improved two-stage fast charge method to optimize the charging process of VRLA batteries. By simulation it was verified that the method could effectively avoid over-charge and under-charge of VRLA batteries, thus extend the life of VRLA batteries and improve the overall performance of PV systems.

Operational maintenance and common default analysis of aeronautical lead-acid batteries

Abstract: The defaults and causes of the early failed aeronautical lead-acid batteries in the last three years were analyzed statistically. The factors influenced on early failed lead-acid batteries were found. Then the two important factors influenced on the service lives of aeronautical lead-acid batteries were emphatically analyzed: charging/discharging and electrical circuit. Finally the notices of the routine use and maintenance were described.

纯铅、纯锡电极在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为比较

摘要:
采用循环伏安法(CV)、扫描电镜(SEM)法研究了纯铅、纯锡电极在硫酸溶液中的电化学行为。宽电位循环伏安法表明,纯锡电极上氧化还原峰电流远大于纯铅上的,随着循环次数的增加,纯铅电极上的氧化还原峰电流增大了,但纯锡电极上氧化还原峰电流随循环次数的增加变化不大;由负电位区循环伏安扫描可得,纯铅电极上氧化还原峰电流随循环次数的增加而减小,但纯锡电极上氧化还原峰电流却随循环次数的增大而增大;扫描电镜显示,纯铅和纯锡电极上阳极腐蚀膜的形貌明显不同,且纯铅电极阳极膜比较紧密,而纯锡阳极膜比较疏松。

Abstract: The electrochemical behaviors of pure lead and tin in sulfuric solution were studied by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and scanning electron microscopy. Results showed by CV, in a potential range between 0 V and 1.8 V limited by the evolution of hydrogen and oxygen respectively, that both currents of oxidation and reduction peaks on lead electrode increased with the increase of cycle number, nevertheless, the change of current on tin was not significant. The results of CV in a limited potential range between 0 V and 1.8 V revealed that the currents of oxidation and reduction peaks on lead electrode decreased with the increase of cycle number, but the current on tin increased. It was shown by SEM that the anodic films of lead and tin were rather different, the anodic film of lead was compact, but that of tin was loosen.

摘要:以Na基蒙脱土(MMT)为添加剂,在气相纳米SiO2含量为4%不变的条件下,制备了一系列不同Na-MMT含量的纳米气相SiO2硫酸胶体电解液。应用旋转粘度计对含MMT的胶体电解液的旋转粘度进行了测试,结果表明少量添加Na-MMT能够降低胶体在较大旋转速率作用下的旋转粘度,同时增大较小旋转速率下的旋转粘度,Na-MMT含量超过0.3phr,则起到增稠作用。循环伏安和交流阻抗分析表明,添加适量的Na-MMT能减小电极特别是正极的极化程度,降低电极电解液界面电阻,提高电极的反应电流和电量,提高电极活性物质的利用效率。

Abstract: Na-montmorillonite was acted as a kind of additive for fumed nano-SiO2 sulfuric gel electrolyte, by this way, a series of gelled electrolyte with different content of MMT were prepared in 1.28 % sulfuric acid solution and fumed nano-SiO2 content was 4 %. Rotary viscometer testing indicates that the viscosity of gelled electrolyte could be decreased under larger rotation rate, while increased under small rotation rate by adding appropriate small amount of MMT. When the content of MMT was above 0.3phr, MMT would act as thickening agent. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and impedance spectroscopy (EIS) analysis indicate that MMT could reduce the electrode polarization degree and electrode electrolyte interface resistance, increase the electrode reaction current and power with the improvement of utilization ratio of electrode active material.

Pb-Ca-Sn-Al正极合金贮存期间腐蚀机理的试验

摘要:本文通过研究由光伏阵列、蓄电池组及其管理系统、光伏变流器、负载及电网共同组成的光蓄互补发电系统,根据蓄电池的特性和现在开关器件控制技术的发展,针对蓄电池的充/放电控制策略进行了研究,三相逆变器采用基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的空间矢量控制方式,在介绍了SVPWM的基本原理及合成方法后,对并网和离网两种系统工作模式的控制策略进行了研究,最后控制理论研制了光蓄互补发电系统用变流器,并搭建试验平台对系统进行试验测试,验证了控制策略的正确性。

Research on control strategy of photovoltaic/battery hybrid

Abstract: This paper put forward a unique design through the research on photovoltaic power generation system composed by solar panels, battery and its management system, converter, loads and electrical switch system. And according to the characteristics of solar panels and batteries, the actual situation and the control technology of switching devices, the battery charging and discharging control strategies were studied. Then this paper further researched control strategies of the two operating modes of in grid and off grid systems, and designed a converter with rated power 50 kW used for light storage complementary power generation system and light storage complementary test platform. The test platform was used to do the charging and discharging experiments of lead-acid batteries and off grid experiments, which results showed that the hardware design and the control strategy proposed in this paper were correctness and effectiveness.

Abstract: An effective method to detect returned lead-acid batteries is described in this paper, which has a lot of advantages in operation simplification, small equipment investment and few operators. At the same time, by using this method, it can be easily determine that the lead-acid battery is in a thermal runaway state, and the complaints from customers can be reduced effectively.

摘要:目前预测铅酸蓄电池荷电状态(SOC)的算法很多,这些算法各有特点。根据船用铅酸蓄电池的特点,本文比较分析了这些方法的预测效果,提出了利用径向基神经网络(RBFNN)算法预测船用铅酸蓄电池SOC的方法。并利用某型船用铅酸蓄电池的实验数据,对其SOC进行了预测。结果表明:利用该算法预测船用铅酸蓄电池的SOC,精度高,操作简便。

Research on forecasting the SOC of marine lead-acid batteries based on RBFNN

Abstract: At present, there are many kinds of algorithms that forecast the state of charge (SOC) of the lead-acid batteries. These algorithms have different characteristics. This paper have compared and analyzed the forecasting effect of these algorithms. It put forward the best algorithm based on the RBFNN for forecasting the state of charge of the lead-acid batteries, and used RBFNN algorithm to forecast the state of charge of the lead-acid batteries based on the experimental data. The results indicated that RBFNN algorithm could accurately and easily forecast the state of charge of marine lead-acid batteries.

摘要:铅酸蓄电池行业测定铅粉粒径的方法有许多种,本文介绍了运用激光粒度分析仪分析检测铅粉粒径及粒径分布情况的一种准确、科学而快捷的方法。铅粉的粒径大小及其粒度分布情况对下道工序半成品质量会产生直接的影响,并对电池的性能产生最终影响。铅粉是生产铅酸蓄电池极板活性物质的基本原料。有关电池许多性能的“遗传密码”大部分隐藏在铅粉基料当中。所以制造性能稳定的铅粉是生产铅酸蓄电池非常重要的一道工序[1]。

Abstract: There are a lot of methods to determine the particle size of leady oxide in the lead-acid battery industries. This article introduced a more accurate, scientific and easy method by laser particle size analyzer to detect the particle size of leady oxide and the particle size distribution which would have the direct impact on the quality of semi-finished products and would finally influence the battery's performance. The active materials of lead-acid battery are based on leady oxide. Most of “genetic codes” related many performances of lead-acid battery are hiding amongst the leady oxide. Therefore manufacturing leady oxide with stable performance is a very important working procedure in the lead-acid battery production.

摘要:铅炭超级电池是一种兼具高比能量和高比功率的复合储电器件。本文将高比表面积活性炭加入铅酸电池中制成铅炭超级电池,研究了铅炭超级电池的比容量、循环寿命和内阻等。结果发现,铅炭超级电池的循环寿命(高倍率部分荷电)可达常规铅酸蓄电池循环寿命的2.4倍,铅炭超级电池的内阻小于常规铅酸蓄电池的。负极加炭量为2 %的铅炭超级电池,性能优于加炭量为1 %的铅炭超级电池。

Abstract: Ultrabattery has high specific energy and high specific power. In this paper, Ultrabattery was prepared by adding high specific surface area activated carbon (HSAC) into the lead acid battery. The experiments results shows that the cycle life of ultrabattery was almost 2.4 times than that of common lead acid battery, and the internal resistance of ultrabattery is smaller than that of common lead acid battery. The performance of ultrabattery with 2 % HSAC in negative plates is better than that of ultrabattery with 1 % HSAC in negative plates.

Abstract: A fall-tube method measuring the strength of gel formed by fumed silica in sulfuric acid medium was described in detail. Since this physical index only expressed the static property of gel and many factors influenced gel strength, it was suggested that the significance of gel strength should be mainly in searching the formula of good colloidal electrolytes.

摘要:研究了极群装配压力和加酸量两个设计因素对起动用小型阀控式铅酸蓄电池(以下简称阀控式铅酸蓄电池)循环寿命的影响。实验结果表明:当极群装配压力在35~70 kPa且加酸量在9 mL/Ah时循环寿命最好,可超过400次。并且蓄电池初期容量和低温高率放电性能也较好。

Abstract: The article studied the influence of two design factors, i.e. assembling pressure of plates and volume of filled electrolyte, on the cycle lives of the starting valve-regulated lead-acid batteries (hereafter called as VRLA batteries). The experiment results showed that the lives of VRLA batteries could reach 400 cycles when the assembling pressure of plates reached 35~70 kPa and the volume of filled electrolyte reached 9 mL/Ah. And the initial capacity and lower temperature discharging performance of VRLA batteries are better than those under other conditions.

摘要:以前有使用超级电容的半桥电路结构来防止蓄电池的大电流放电,使其能在一定时间内不出现大电流放电同时又不影响负载工作。为了克服原始电路存在的一些不足,提出了一种改进的超级电容半桥电路拓扑结构。这种改进的电路相对原始半桥电路器件开关耐压更小,电感值更小,而且能够提供连续的电流。为了验证此电路对电源的保护作用,此电路应用滞环控制的方法对电机启动过程中供电仿真,最终很好的验证了此电路的有效性。

Study on the new charging and discharging circuit of battery based on supercapacitor

Abstract: To prevent the battery discharging with a high rate, the supercapacitors (SC) with semi-bridge were used, which could avoid the appearance of high current, on the other hand wouldn’t influence the loads. There were some deficiencies in the semi-bridge circuits, so a topology for SC-based power buffer was put forward. The proposed topology owned relatively lower switching voltage and inductance value, as well as provided continuous current. To validate the protection effect of the improved circuit, the hysteresis control method was used in the circuit to simulate the starting process of motor.

And in the end, this paper proposes an effective calculation method of battery capacity.

摘要:研究了特种炭材料对电池性能的影响,研究发现选择合适的添加量将能够明显提升电池性能。相同测试条件下,与常规电池相比较向负极板中添加一定量的特种炭材料可使铅酸蓄电池充电接受能力提升90 %,循环寿命提升26.2 %。利用扫描电镜、XRD射线衍射对负极板进行了表征,分析表明特种炭材料能够明显减少负极板的硫酸盐化,改善硫酸盐的聚集状态。

Study on special carbon materials for improving the performance of negative plate of lead-acid batteries

Abstract:The influence of a special nano-carbon material on lead-acid batteries was researched. It is found that a proper addition would be able to significantly improve battery’s performance. At the same test conditions, compared with the conventional battery, the charge acceptance ability of negative plate of lead-acid battery with a certain amount of special nano-carbon material could be enhanced by 90 %, and the cycle-life could be prolonged by 26.2 %. The negative plates were characterized by SEM and XRD. The analysis results showed that the special nano-carbon materials can not only remarkably reduce the sulfation of negative plate but also meliorate the aggregation state of sulfate.

Abstract:This paper listed the reasons of short circuit of PE separators, and emphasized the short circuit reasons caused by the penetration through PE separators. 摘要:针对起动用铅酸蓄电池电解液在较低密度及在较高温度环境下使用寿命严重缩短的情况,通过不同的生产工艺条件模拟制样。在不同电解液密度和试验环境温度下对试验样品进行了循环寿命测试。测试结果证明,板栅铸造模具温度超出工艺控制参数某一极限值时,在较低的电解液密度和较高温度下试验样品的正极板栅腐蚀速度加快。

Analysis of corrosion factor of grid alloy for positive plate

Abstract: The cycle life of starting lead-acid battery was reduced seriously under the conditions of low density electrolyte and high temperature environment. The experimental samples prepared with different production processes were tested in the different density of electrolyte and at experiment temperature. The test results showed that when the temperature of grid casting mold was beyond the limit value, the corrosion rate of positive grids of tested samples were accelerated under the conditions of low density electrolyte and high temperature environment.

Abstract: Mastering the capabilities and parameter timely and accurately has plays the important role in the maintenance of lead-acid battery. Internal resistance of lead-acid battery is a significant parameter reflecting its capabilities and states, but it is difficult to estimate the state of charge and state of health of lead-acid battery based on its internal resistance. It has been proved that ohmic resistance is linear to the logarithm of state of charge of lead-acid battery. Base on this point, the paper has proposed a way of measuring the ohmic resistance of lead-acid battery at the beginning of charging process, which providing the data to monitor the state of charge and maintenance.

Abstract: Scientific selection, matching design and proper installation of solar battery, controller, energy storage battery, loaded light source and other central components can yield twice the result with half the effort in improving solar street lamp system’s comprehensive electrical performance, service life and cost performance.

摘要:在系统总结废铅酸蓄电池铅膏回收技术的基础上,本文提出了废铅膏—脱硫脱氧-碱性多羟基体系浸出-净化-电解沉积-转化—细碎工艺生产超细PbO粉体的工艺技术。该工艺与传统火法冶炼流程工艺相比,具有以下优点:①彻底消除了高温熔炼排放SO2、铅尘、铅渣等污染;②过程清洁,大大降低了能耗;③直接制备超细PbO粉体,可以直接作为生产蓄电池的铅粉,为废铅膏的循环利用提供了一种新思路。

The process of using waste lead paste to product ultrafine PbO powder

Abstract: Based on the recycle technique of lead paste of used lead-acid battery, this paper proposed a technique of waste lead paste-desulfurizing and deoxidizing-leaching alkaline polyhydroxy system-purification- electrolytic deposition-transformation-comminution to product ultrafine PbO powder. Compared to the traditional pyrometallurgy, the process had following merits: ①The pollutants SO2, lead dust, and lead slag exhausted by high temperature smelting were completely removed; ②The energy consumption could be reduced greatly by the cleaner process; ③The ultrafine PbO powder prepared directly could be used for lead-acid battery production,which provided a new way of thinking over recycling waste lead paste.

摘要:蓄电池是变电站用电源的重要组成部分,铅酸蓄电池凭借低廉的价格和良好的安全性长久以来在变电站用蓄电池中占有很大的比重。但是随着变电站智能化的发展以及国家环保要求的提高,铅酸蓄电池在变电站中的使用面临着将被取代的尴尬局面,而新型铅酸蓄电池的出现为铅酸蓄电池在变电站中的应用提供了新的思路。文章首先介绍了铅酸蓄电池在变电站中的运用的发展历程,然后分析了近年来新型铅酸蓄电池的发展现状,最后根据变电站蓄电池的发展趋势为新型铅酸蓄电池在变电站中的使用指明了方向。

Discussion on the application and development of
lead-acid battery in the substation

Abstract: Battery was an important part of power supply in substation, for a long time lead-acid battery with low price and good security accounted for a large proportion of the substation batteries. But with the development of intelligent substation and the improvement of national environmental protection requirements, the lead-acid batteries in substation were facing embarrassing situation that would be replaced, while the emergence of new lead-acid batteries would provide a new way of thinking for lead-acid batteries used in substation. Firstly, the article introduced the course of development of the use of lead-acid batteries in substations. Then it analyzed the development status of the new lead-acid batteries in recent years. Finally, according to the development trend of the substation batteries, it pointed out the direction for the use of new lead-acid batteries in substations.

摘要:汽车起动用蓄电池生产采用电池化成工艺及两次加电解液方法,具有化成效率高的优点,但二次加液密度比较难确定,需大量的试验和验证。本文推算出了二次加液密度的公式,通过二次加液密度的计算后再验证、调整、确定,可减少试验次数,降低试验工作量。

Calculation of the density of secondly filled electrolyte for automotive lead-acid battery

Abstract: By using container formation process in combination with twice filling electrolyte method, the automotive starter lead-acid batteries could be formatted efficiently. But it was difficult to determine the density of secondly filled electrolyte. The paper gave the prediction equation of the density of secondly filled electrolyte. By means of verification, adjustment and determination after the calculation of density, the number of test was reduced.

摘要:以事故预想的形式,重点指出并列运行110 kV内桥接线变电站在蓄电池故障开路情况下,发生低压侧线路近区故障时可能引起线路保护越级跳闸。原因是由于全站直流系统输出电压达不到继电保护及自动装置的最低动作电压要求而引起站内保护拒动,只能靠电源侧变电站110 kV线路保护动作切除故障,这将导致110 kV变电站全停。通过对该安全隐患的分析,提出了三种相应的改进措施,能有效提高供电可靠性,避免全停事故的发生。

Analysis of the influence of battery failure on the safe operation of 110 kV substation

Abstract: This paper pointed out emphatically with the form of anticipating accident that in the case of batteries failures in parallel running 110 kV internal bridge connection substation, when low voltage line was at fault, the line protection may act incorrectly. The reason was that output voltage of DC system couldn’t reach minimum acting voltage of relaying protection and automatic device, so that the fault was cleared only by 110kV line protection of power side substation, which leaded the whole substation to black out. Through the analysis of the existent hidden danger, this paper proposed three corresponding methods to improve power supply reliability to avoid the similar incidents.

摘要:实验研究极板化成装板后浸泡时间对汽车起动用铅酸蓄电池化成半化率的影响。通过比较充电前浸泡时间分别为10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min后的极板半化率,得出结论极板浸泡30 min开始充电极板半化率最低。

Discussion and study on half-formation rate of plate in the formation process of automobile starting lead-acid storage battery

Abstract: The paper studied the affect of immersion time of plates of automobile starting lead-acid storage battery in sulfuric acid solution before charging on half-formation rate during the tank formation process. By comparing half-formation rate of plate immersing in the sulfuric acid solution respectively 10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min before charging, it was concluded that the half-formation rate of plate immersion in the solution for 30 min before charging was the lowest.

摘要:储能作为微网的重要组成部分,技术经济性是其应用于微网的核心问题之一,储能的设计是微网研究的一项重要内容。其中储能器件的合理选择及其容量设计,是储能在微网研究中的重要内容之一。Ragone曲线是用来衡量与设计储能器件的有效手段,本文介绍了Ragone曲线的定义及其绘制方法,并以GFM-200铅酸蓄电池为例绘制了Ragone曲线,说明了曲线的意义,同时介绍了在微网系统中如何根据Ragone曲线合理选择储能器件。

Research on design of energy storage based on Ragone curve

Abstract: The design of energy storage is one of the important issues in MicroGrid planning. The reasonable choice and capacity design of storage equipments are both important issues. This paper presents the design methodology of energy storage based on Ragone curve of energy storage device. Firstly, the Ragone curve is introduced, the method of drawing a Ragone curve which is based on the mathematical model of energy storage device is proposed. And then the design methodology of energy storage is presented in this paper. Finally, taking a GFM-200 battery as an example, how to choose reasonable storage equipments in MicroGrid based on Ragone curve is introduced.

摘要:研究了起动用铅酸蓄电池(以下简称蓄电池)在农用机械车辆(以下简称农用车)上使用时,其蓄电池在设计中注意的几个问题,并阐述了其对蓄电池性能的影响。实验结果表明:通过对蓄电池的正确选型和蓄电池结构、合金和加酸量的改进设计,达到了蓄电池长寿命、可靠性、安全性的目的。

Brief analysis of the design of starter lead-acid batteries for agricultural vehicles

Abstract: The article studied some problems in design of starter lead-acid batteries (here in after referred to as the battery) which were used on agricultural mechanical vehicles (here in after referred to as the agricultural vehicles), and illustrated the influence of the design on the performances of battery. The experimental results showed that the long cycle life, reliability and security could be achieved by selecting right type of battery and improving the design of structure, alloy and sulfuric acid content of battery.

Design and development of secondary dust removing system with cold air internal circulation

Abstract: The main raw material of lead-acid battery is lead which is poisonous. Through the rigorous scientific background material survey and the construction of the foundation database of dust source control points and airflow control in the production line, a new secondary dust removing system with cold air internal circulation was designed and developed. The system could universally control many toxic dust pollution sources points to reach a goal of clean production management of whole workshop.

摘要:采用AGM隔板的VRLA动力型电池极群组装压力的大小及一致性是影响电池性能、电池组性能一致性的重要因素。本文介绍了用材料试验机检测电池组装压力的方法,及在不同的极群组装压力下组装的电池、电池组性能上的的差异。AGM-VRLA电池的循环寿命与电池的组装压力有很大的关系。理论实践证明,给极群组施加一个较高的压力时,可以明显提高VRLA电池的循环使用寿命,但是超过一定压力后,继续增加组装压力,电池的循环寿命反而下降。

Application and analysis of material testing machine in battery assembly pressure test

Abstract: The consistency of group assembly pressure of AGM VRLA power battery is a important inffluence factor on the performance and consistency of VRLA batteries. This article introduced the method to test assembly pressure by the material testing machine, and the difference in performance batteries assembled at different group pressure. The cycle life had a very big relation with assembly pressure of AGM VRLA batteries. The theory and practice proved that have proved that the cycle life of VRLA battery was prolonged when the group pressure was higher, but the cycle life would be decreased if the assemble pressure continued to be increased beyond a certain pressure value.

Application of valve-regulated lead-acid battery in urban rail metro

Abstract: According to the application of valve-regulated lead-acid battery in Xi’an Metro Line 2, this paper compared the difference of two kinds of them, and summarized the actual application demands for them in the various systems of urban rail metro. In the meanwhile, this paper offered two kinds of methods used widely about the capacity calculation of UPS battery and the key points of routine maintenance for the batteries.
